Victim Empowerment

A comfort room where victims in shock or trauma can privately speak to the police has been set up at the Booysens SAPS Station, and is operational during office hours.

After certain types of crimes have been committed the Booysens SAPS do write to the victims and advise them what assistance is available to help them recover and move forward, and during office hours the facility is available to those who want to make use of it.
